On 22nd February of each year, World Thinking Day is celebrated by Girl Guides and Girl Scouts all over the world.
Their aim is to bring together children from all around the world in order to celebrate international friendships, to raise money and to apply a different theme for each year.
The 2014 Thinking Day theme is “education open doors for all girls and boys.”
Many activities will be organised at Activity Village.
The focus countries for 2014:
Each year, a selection of different countries are chosen to be focused on an to receive money from the World Thinking Day. Here are the five chosen for 2014:
