Keep healthy during the winter

If you feel like you’re coming down with something, there are steps you can take to minimize the duration and severity of the illness.

Not always easy in practice especialy when you have young children at home, but still essential, you need to get enough sleep and minimize stress as much as possible.  Your body cannot heal without adequate rest.

Another important food tip is to stay away from sugar. It decreases your immune system defense.
