Keeping Good Habits

Children, particularly younger ones, need notions on how things should be done in their daily life. It is therefore important to set out the basic rules in their everyday routine :

The main rule works around their daily routine, where there sould be a set time for going to bed and for meals. Meal time should ideally be with the whole family and be taken in a calm environment, providing a varied and a balanced diet. It is important not to skip breakfast , or to even have it in a rush as this morning stress could affect the whole day of a child.

It is also important to incorporate a sports activity as leisure activities for the children. They need to use their excess of energy and hyperactiveness through physical exercises, with a trip to a local park for example.

To sum up, it is essential to reminded ourselves that children develop more effectively in a calm and relaxes familial environment.
